| 3/4 cup soy flour recomended 1/4 cup white flour 3 egg yolks 1 whole egg 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp wheat gluten 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 cup water 1 In food processor,place soy flour and white flour, salt and gluten. Process until it looks like sand. Add the eggs and oil and process adding the water through the feed tube a little at a time until the dough comes together to form a ball. |
