My eating
utensil experiment could help you lose weight
The experiment that I conducted was to try to
eat slower by using both my knife and fork with every bit of
food and to put them down as I was chewing. In addition I tried
to chew my food well
which helps with digestion as well as slowing down you eating.
My results where that I felt full without having to go for a
second portion. This is due to the idea that we may know but
don't integrate that it takes twenty minutes to feel satisfied
even if the volume of food could be eaten in just a few mintues
! So in addition to eating low carb if we can learn
to simply eat less we will be way ahead at losing weight.
